Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Vice President, Channel Strategy & Customer Leadership to spearhead the Engine Component Repair Services (ECRS) channel strategy across Commercial Aero, Military, Power, and other markets. You will set priorities, align requirements with capabilities, and lead Channel Owners, Technical Sales, Customer Service, and Contracts & Renewals.

This executive role partners with Business Development and ECRS to drive profitable growth, ensuring pricing, capacity, and execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• 15+ years of leadership in aerospace/industrial environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional organizations and executive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead multi-year channel strategy and growth priorities across markets.
• Align Channel Owners, Technical Sales, Customer Service, and Renewals.
