• 15+ years in aerospace/commercial leadership roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional organizations across sales, operations, and finance.
• Proven ability to translate market needs into growth priorities.
• Executive-level communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead multi-year ECRS channel strategy and annual growth priorities.
• Lead Channel Owners, Technical Sales, Customer Service, Contracts & Renewals.
• Set market and customer retention objectives and growth targets.
• Drive alignment across business development, engineering, and operations.
• Lead executive channel reviews and coordinate recovery actions when at risk.
