Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Vice President of Business Change Management to lead the design, governance, and execution of change across its Contract Logistics business in North America and Latin America. This leader ensures adoption and value realization across client implementations, WMS upgrades and migrations, continuous improvement programs, and safety/quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 10 years in supply chain/warehouse roles with implementing improvements and savings.
• 5+ years in a VP or VP-equivalent operating role in 3PL/logistics, including leadership of senior leaders.
• Demonstrated global/multi-regional experience and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance, and execution of change across Contract Logistics in the Americas.
• Land the WMS transition strategy and manage regional roadmaps and cutovers.
• Chair cross-regional change management steering committees and align with global standards.
• Oversee capability building across Americas teams including US, Canada, LATAM.
• Ensure value realization and benefits tracking across client implementations.
