Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Vice President, BCM, Americas to lead the design, governance, and execution of changes for Contract Logistics across North America and LATAM. You will head a cross-regional BCM steering committee, drive standardized practices, and ensure value realization through client implementations, upgrades, and operations support.

Strong leadership and cross-border collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a supply chain (warehouse/4walls) role with extensive experience in: New Business Implementations; Driving Continual Improvement and Financial Savings in Operations.
• Prior leadership positions directing Senior Leaders

Responsibilities

• Own the Americas change portfolio for strategic programs and client implementations, including mandatory migration programs and priority initiatives (e.g., DC migrations, client system integrations, Americas RP/Cargowrite upgrades).
• Land the WMS transition strategy and related roadmaps across the Americas, coordinating with global owners and local country teams to sequence cutovers and mitigate operational risk.
• Regional governance & cadence: Run Americas BCM forums, project boards where necessary, and performance reviews; ensure alignment with Division governance and country execution rhythms.
• Capabilty building: Oversea Canada and LATAM BCM teams to ensure consistent use of best practice across BCM functional areas and maintain direct reporting line oversight of the US country team.
• Localization at scale: Adapt global methods, communications, training, and readiness approaches to the Americas languages, cultures, and regulations while protecting global standards and success measures.
