DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in the Dallas/Fort Worth area seeks a Vice President, BCM, Americas to lead strategic change initiatives across North America and LATAM, aligning global standards with regional needs and driving adoption across programs and migrations. You will coach cross-functional teams, manage governance, and deliver measurable value through standardized processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a supply chain role with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Americas BCM portfolio, including migration programs and strategic initiatives.
• Land the WMS transition strategy and coordinate cutovers across the Americas.
• Run Americas BCM forums, project boards, and governance with clear R&R and escalation paths.
• Oversee BCM teams across Canada and LATAM to ensure consistent best practices.
• Champion enterprise standards and governance across regions to deliver standardized change.
