Job summary

DSV is seeking a Vice President, BCM for the Americas to lead the change portfolio, including major migration programs and WMS transitions, across North America and LATAM. You will champion standardized BCM practices, align cross‑regional teams, and drive value realization through effective governance and program management.

You will shape regional strategy, mentor BCM leads, and ensure effective communication with executives and country teams, enabling scalable, compliant, and efficient change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; minimum 10 years in a supply chain role with implementations.
• Proven track record in driving continuous improvement and financial savings in operations.
• Experience leading complex multi-region programs and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Americas change portfolio for strategic programs and migrations.
• Land the WMS transition strategy across the Americas with risk mitigation.
• Run regional governance forums, project boards and cadence with governance alignment.
• Oversee BCM teams across Canada and LATAM and maintain reporting lines.
• Coordinate localization of global methods for Americas languages and regulations.
