Job summary

DSV is seeking a Vice President, BCM, Americas to lead the design, governance, and execution of change for Contract Logistics in North America and LATAM, ensuring adoption, value realization, and smooth migrations, upgrades, and ongoing support.

This role chairs a cross‑regional BCM steering committee, drives regional governance, and aligns BCM activities with enterprise standards to deliver scalable, high‑quality change across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years in supply chain with leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Spanish desired.

Responsibilities

• Change Strategy & Planning: lead region objectives and integrated plans.
• Land WMS transition strategy and roadmaps across the Americas.
• Governance & Reporting: run BCM forums and project boards; manage risks.
• Mentor BCM Leads and ensure best-practice adoption across regions.
