Evercore is seeking a Benefits Vice President to join the Human Capital Group in New York. Reporting to the Head of Benefits, this role is responsible for supporting the strategic oversight, administration, and continuous improvement of the firm’s U.S.

and international benefits programs in Asia, Canada, and Israel. The individual will play a key role in healthcare and wellness strategy, vendor governance, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of benefits administration experience.
• Deep knowledge of self-funded and fully insured health and welfare plans and regulatory frameworks (ERISA, ACA).
• Experience handling confidential employee data with discretion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management with multiple parallel workstreams.
• Advanced Excel skills; proficient in PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute U.S. employee benefits programs incl. medical, dental, vision, and wellness.
• Contribute to U.S. healthcare strategy, cost management, vendor integration, and wellness programs.
• Maintain plan configurations, eligibility, and deductions in HRIS and vendor systems.
• Conduct audits and reporting for data integrity, compliance, and deductions.
• Ensure benefit documentation stays compliant across jurisdictions.
• Lead vendor onboarding and manage relationships.
• Support annual benefits renewals in multiple regions.
• Prepare census data, analyze quotes, and assess cost implications.
• Draft Open Enrollment materials and provide data-driven insights.
