Job summary

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge and experience of US Benefits and retirement laws (federal, state, and local laws and regulations including, but not limited to COBRA, PPACA, HIPAA, Short Term Disability, FMLA, ERISA, IRC Section 125, ADA in multiple states, Workers’ Compensation, Retirement Administration and state specific government regulations for insurance filing and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with stakeholders.
Strong communication and training/persuasion skills; ability to articulate complex topics.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct strategic activities related to NYU's benefits programs and service delivery.
Design, implement, and optimize health, welfare, and retirement plans and leave management.
Ensure compliance, manage budgets, and collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
