Job summary

Visa is seeking a Vice President, Global Benefits to lead the strategy, governance, design, and delivery of benefits and wellbeing programs for a global workforce. This executive will shape a comprehensive benefits portfolio aligned with business priorities and employee value proposition.

Reporting to Total Rewards leadership, the role oversees the Global Benefits COE, drives enterprise-wide priorities, and partners with regional teams to ensure globally consistent, locally relevant programs

Qualifications

• 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 10+ years with an Advanced degree, or 8+ years with a PhD.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive global benefits strategy aligned with Visa's priorities.
• Establish governance, risk, and compliance frameworks across regions.
• Oversee financial stewardship, investments, and budget planning for benefits programs.
• Lead operations and service delivery to ensure scalable, high-quality benefits.
• Drive digital transformation, analytics, and technology modernization of benefits.
