  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Support the administration and execution of U.S. employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, and wellness offerings.
  • Assist in managing international benefits programs across Asia, Canada, and Israel.
  • Contribute to healthcare and wellness strategy, including plan design, cost management initiatives, vendor integration, and wellness program optimization.
  • Maintain benefits configurations, eligibility rules, and payroll deductions within HRIS and vendor platforms.
  • Conduct audits, reporting, and reconciliation activities to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure benefit documentation remains current and compliant across applicable jurisdictions.
  • Lead vendor onboarding and support ongoing vendor relationship management.
  • Monitor contractual obligations, governance standards, service-level agreements, and performance metrics.
  • Partner with consultants and brokers to evaluate vendor performance, pricing, and service delivery models.
  • Support annual U.S. and international benefits renewals.
  • Prepare and validate census data, analyze plan proposals, and assess financial impact.
  • Develop and deliver engaging Open Enrollment communications and materials.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to support leadership decision-making.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Benefits Vice President to join our Human Capital team. Reporting directly to the Head of Benefits, this position will play a critical role in the oversight, administration, and continuous enhancement of employee benefits programs across the United States and select international locations, including Asia, Canada, and Israel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting employee benefit programs.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and international regulations.
Employee Engagement & Communication
  • Develop employee communications and educational initiatives that enhance benefits awareness and engagement.
  • Support wellness campaigns, onsite events, and firmwide benefits programming.
  • Promote a positive employee experience through effective communication and benefits education.
Process Improvement & Special Projects
  • Evaluate and enhance benefits processes, policies, and reporting to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Participate in annual strategic initiatives and ad hoc Human Capital projects.
  • Build and maintain project plans, reporting frameworks, communication strategies, and operational infrastructure.
Qualifications
Required
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in employee benefits administration
  • Strong knowledge of self-funded and fully insured health and welfare plans
  • Expertise in benefits regulations, including: ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
  • Experience with international benefits administration and plan design
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
  • Background managing self-funded health plans and wellness programs
  • Strong ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • Experience leading projects and/or mentoring team members
  • Collaborative leadership style with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Compensation:

USD 140,000 - 170,000 per annum
