Job summary

The role emphasizes new business development, strong client relationships, and mentoring junior staff. Excellent written/verbal communication and Excel proficiency are required, with a bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees or PM certifications

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years of international or non-US benefits experience in HR/consulting.
• International benefits consulting experience strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on global employee benefits topics to senior HR leaders.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across locations and manage client relationships.
• Develop and execute solutions, including fee setting and invoicing.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to training.
• Identify new global benefits projects and cross-sell opportunities.
