Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Director, Global Benefits to lead strategy, design, governance, and operations of our worldwide benefits programs across North America, EMEA, and APAC. You will partner with People & Culture, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and regional teams to build scalable, compliant programs that attract and retain top talent.

You will optimize benefits delivery via Workday and other platforms, drive analytics and budgeting, and negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 10+ years leading multinational benefits programs.
• Deep knowledge of retirement, wellbeing, leave programs.
• Experience designing global benefit strategies across regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global benefits strategy aligned with growth.
• Govern and optimize health, retirement, wellbeing programs globally.
• Partner with legal, payroll, finance, and regional teams.
• Lead vendor management and service provider partnerships.
