Job summary

Visa seeks a Vice President of Global Benefits to lead strategy, governance, design, and delivery of benefits for a global workforce. This executive will shape a portfolio that strengthens Visa's employee value proposition, supports attraction and retention, and aligns with business priorities.

Reporting to the SVP Total Rewards, the role leads the Global Benefits COE, shapes the global benefits vision, and partners with regional teams to deliver globally consistent, locally relevant programs

Qualifications

• 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 10+ years with an Advanced degree.
• 10+ years with a PhD or equivalent leadership across global benefits programs is expected.
• Strong financial acumen and executive presentation skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive global benefits and wellbeing strategy aligned with Visa's priorities and People Team objectives.
• Establish enterprise-wide governance, standards, and compliance across regions.
• Lead financial planning, investments, and long-range modeling for benefits programs.
• Oversee benefits operations, vendor performance, and service delivery globally.
• Provide strategic advisor support for mergers, acquisitions, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
