Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in fund accounting, private equity, or asset management.
• Deep knowledge of NAVs, waterfalls and investment fund structures.
• Strong leadership and analytical abilities; proven organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quarterly NAV reviews and portfolio reconciliations.
• Review capital calls, distributions, management fees, waterfall allocations and IRR calculations.
• Manage fund expenses, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reporting.
• Review financial statements, regulatory filings, and investor reporting.
• Oversee loan investments and debt financing reconciliations using Investran.
• Support new fund launches and develop accounting processes.
• Coordinate year-end audits with external auditors.
• Oversee offshore teams and third-party fund administrators.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance reporting, processes, and controls.
