Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in fund finance, fund accounting or financial operations within investment management.
• Strong knowledge of NAV reviews, fund reconciliations, and investor reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly estimated and final fund NAVs, NAV reconciliations, and investor capital statements.
• Review management and performance fee calculations, capital calls, distributions, and investor notices.
• Analyze foreign currency exposures and coordinate hedging activities.
• Oversee customized client reporting, including time-weighted returns and IRR calculations.
• Review revenue reporting, financial projections, and cash flow analyses to support investment decisions.
• Support the launch and setup of new funds and investment products.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and third-party administrators to ensure accurate and timely NAV production.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across Operations, Middle Office, Pricing, Financial Reporting, Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory Reporting.
• Help improve operational efficiency, internal controls, and reporting processes through technology and outsourced solutions.
• Collaborate with reporting teams on audited financial statements and regulatory filings.
• Review fund legal documentation and assess implications for fund accounting processes.
