Madison-Davis, LLC in New York City is seeking a Vice President of Fund Accounting & Oversight to lead fund accounting, NAV governance, and transfer agency activities. You will work with third-party administrators and external providers to ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and effective operational processes.

The role partners with Finance, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Product teams to oversee financial reporting, regulatory compliance, fund governance, and provider performance.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing fund accounting and NAV governance.
• Ability to coordinate audits and regulatory reporting.
• Oversight of transfer agency activities and service providers.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily, monthly, and annual fund accounting activities performed by third-party administrators.
• Review NAV calculations, portfolio valuations, expense accruals, and financial reporting.
• Monitor service provider performance against SLAs and contracts.
• Coordinate audits, financial statement preparation, and regulatory reporting.
• Support new fund launches and investment product implementations.
• Oversee transfer agency activities including subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, and shareholder servicing.
• Monitor transfer agent controls, performance metrics, and compliance.
• Identify operational risks and lead remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Product teams.
• Support fund governance, board reporting, and trustee materials.
• Maintain fund operations policies, procedures, and oversight frameworks.
• Conduct due diligence on third-party service providers and lead process improvements.
