Madison-Davis is partnering with a leading global alternative investment management firm with over $170 billion in assets under management to recruit a Vice President within its Private Equity Finance team.
The firm manages a diversified investment portfolio across Technology & Artificial Intelligence, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Consumer Goods, with significant continued growth and fundraising activity across its technology and AI investment platforms.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, Private Equity Controller, this VP will take on a highly visible leadership role, overseeing a team responsible for fund accounting and financial reporting while partnering closely with the CFO, investment professionals, and senior leadership.
Unlike traditional fund accounting positions, this opportunity offers significant exposure to the front office, with approximately 40–50% of the role focused on complex financial analysis, investment performance, and presenting key financial metrics to senior decision-makers.
Operating within a lean, sophisticated mega-fund structure, the VP will assume responsibilities comparable to those of a fund-level CFO, providing exposure well beyond traditional accounting functions.
