Responsibilities

• Oversee quarterly NAV reviews and portfolio reconciliations.
• Review capital calls, distributions, management fees, waterfall allocations and IRR calculations.
• Manage fund expenses, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reporting.
• Review financial statements, regulatory filings, and investor reporting.
• Oversee loan investments and debt financing reconciliations using Investran.
• Support new fund launches and develop accounting processes.
• Coordinate year-end audits with external auditors.
• Oversee offshore teams and third-party fund administrators.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance reporting, processes, and controls.

This is an excellent opportunity for a fund finance professional with deep private equity and asset management experience to take ownership of complex fund accounting processes, oversee external service providers, and partner with investment and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee quarterly NAV reviews, portfolio reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution
• Review capital calls, distributions, management fees, waterfall allocations, and IRR calculations
• Manage fund expenses, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reporting
• Review financial statements, regulatory filings, and investor reporting
• Oversee loan investment and debt financing reconciliations using Investran
• Support new fund launches, review legal documentation, and develop accounting processes
• Coordinate year-end audits with external auditors
• Oversee offshore teams and third-party fund administrators
• Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance reporting, processes, and controls

Ideal Candidate:

• 10+ years of experience across public accounting and/or private equity or asset management
• Strong knowledge of fund accounting, NAVs, waterfalls, and investment fund structures
• Advanced Excel skills; Investran experience is a plus
• CPA preferred
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
