Job summary

Teton Ridge, LLC is seeking a Vice President of FP&A to lead our finance planning and analysis functions. You will own long-range planning, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and liquidity strategies while partnering with the CEO and board on strategic decisions.

You will build and lead a high-impact FP&A team, establish performance dashboards, and drive data-driven insights to support growth in a dynamic media/entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including roles in FP&A, investment banking, corporate development, PE, or VC-backed growth companies.
• 5+ years as a VP leading FP&A teams, with experience at a growth-oriented, media-related, or sub-$500m revenue company.

Responsibilities

• Own the company’s financial planning architecture end-to-end, including long-range plan, annual operating plan, rolling forecast, and liquidity model.
• Serve as the SVP Finance and Accounting’s analytical partner for board materials and executive communications.
• Establish cadence for performance management with monthly/quarterly reviews, variance analysis, and forward-looking guidance.
• Make strategic recommendations on financial performance, forecasts, and capital planning to the executive team.
• Drive FP&A workstream on strategic transactions by building models and narratives for enterprise decisions.
• Lead and develop the FP&A organization with clear performance metrics.
• Set an AI-first, data-driven, collaborative finance culture across the organization.
