Job summary

Teton Ridge, LLC is seeking a Vice President of FP&A to lead the company’s long‑range planning, annual budgeting, and liquidity architecture. You will partner with the SVP Finance, own board‑ready analyses, and drive a data‑driven finance culture across a growing organization.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in finance with VP‑level FP&A experience, strong modeling and capital‑planning skills, and the ability to scale teams—while embracing AI and automation to improve forecasting quality.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience across investment banking, corporate development, private equity, venture capital or elite FP&A.
• 5+ years as VP leading FP&A teams in growth-oriented, media-related, PE-backed sub-$500m revenue companies.
• Direct experience building an FP&A function (hiring, org design, processes, systems).
• Proven track record advising CEO/Board on strategic and capital decisions.
• Sophisticated command of modeling, forecasting, capital structure, liquidity, and M&A.
• Ability to drive AI/automation across FP&A to improve speed and depth.
• Executive presence to influence C-suite leaders; strong communication skills.
• MBA/CPA/CFA preferred; Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance/Economics

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end FP&A framework: long-range plan, annual budget, rolling forecast, and 13-week cash model.
• Partner with SVP Finance for board materials and executive communications.
• Establish cadence for performance management and variance analysis.
• Advise on strategic and capital decisions; support enterprise-wide planning.
• Build and lead a data-driven FP&A team with clear metrics.
