Job summary

Teton Ridge, LLC is seeking a VP, Controller to build and lead a modern accounting organization. You will own the close, set operating standards, and shape the team and systems for our next growth phase.

This player-coach role partners with FP&A and leaders across the company to ensure reporting is accurate and actionable. You will identify where automation and AI can improve close, controls, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Deep working fluency in NetSuite or a similar ERP — chart of accounts, consolidation, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants to maintain relationships and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Lead the tax management function and coordinate with external tax advisory firms; manage 1099 process.
• Lead the annual audit process and coordinate with the audit firm; manage PBC lists and issue resolution.
• Drive automation and strengthen internal controls through transformational projects.
• Manage month-, quarter-, and year-end close and oversee intercompany consolidations in NetSuite.
