Job summary

J T seeks an accomplished FP&A leader to own planning, forecasting, and integration after a series of acquisitions. The role reports to the CFO and coordinates with Corporate Development, Treasury, and GA functions to build a unified financial model across legacy books.

You will drive variance analysis, operating efficiency, and long-range planning while delivering accurate forecasts to the Board and sponsor group. This remote position offers high visibility with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or private equity
• 5+ years leading a corporate FP&A function at $500M+ revenue
• Carve-out and TSA exit experience in PE-backed environments
• Fluency in recurring-revenue economics and services/consulting economics

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan (AOP) and quarterly reforecasts with scenario analyses
• Partner on acquisition modeling, synergy tracking, and diligence
• Oversee consolidated financial models and driver-based planning across entities
• Manage reporting to Board, sponsor, and lenders, including liquidity forecasting
• Mentor distributed FP&A team and drive planning systems roadmap
