J T is seeking an experienced VP of FP&A to consolidate legacy planning models into a single driver-based enterprise model. You will own the annual operating plan, multi-year forecasts, and synergy tracking across multiple legacy books, delivering accurate forecasts to the CFO and Board.

You will lead a cross-functional finance team, partner with Treasury and Corporate Development, and build robust metrics (ARR/NRR, bookings, gross/net).

Qualifications

• 12+ years in FP&A, with 5+ years leading a corporate FP&A function at $500M+ revenue.
• Experience leading FP&A through a major M&A integration.
• Carve-out and TSA exit experience, including stranded-cost management.

Responsabilités

• Own the annual operating plan (AOP) and rolling forecasts; develop integrated enterprise models.
• Lead mergers & acquisitions synergy tracking and diligence support.
• Partner with Treasury and leadership to manage liquidity and debt covenants.
• Define enterprise metrics and align GAAP revenue with recurring-revenue economics.
• Mentor a distributed planning team and manage systems roadmap.
