Job summary

LevelBlue seeks a senior FP&A leader to consolidate planning across legacy LevelBlue, Trustwave, Cybereason, and Alert Logic. You will own the enterprise model, drive integration-workstreams, and deliver a credible bridge from underwriting to results for board and lenders.

You will build the finance integration playbook, oversee TSA exits, and partner with Treasury, Corporate Development, and CFO to ensure one plan, one set of numbers and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or transaction advisory/private equity.
• Owned FP&A through at least one major M&A integration; consolidated planning models.
• Carve-out/TSA-exit experience; covenant reporting and sponsor cadence.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan, quarterly reforecast, and long-range planning.
• Own enterprise financial model across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Manage integration planning, synergy tracking, and cross-functional governance.
• Present to board, sponsor, and lenders with clear action plans.
• Coach and build a distributed FP&A team and reporting systems.
