Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Vice President of FP&A & Corporate Integration to drive integration, consolidate legacy finance books, and deliver reliable forecasts for the Board and lenders. This role sits on the leadership team and partners with Treasury, Corporate Development, and IMO to enable liquidity and value creation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Proven track record in leading FP&A through major M&A integrations.
• Experience with carve-out, TSA exits, and sponsor reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the AOP, quarterly reforecasts, and rolling forecasts.
• Develop integrated P&L, balance sheet and cash flow models with scenarios.
• Partner on acquisition modeling and synergy tracking.
• Embed finance with Sales, Delivery, Product, and G&A leaders.
• Lead monthly management packages, Board decks, and sponsor reporting.
• Own planning systems roadmap and automated reporting.
