Job summary

J T is seeking a senior FP&A leader to consolidate legacy planning models into a driver-based enterprise model, align metrics, and manage a unified financial forecast. You will partner with treasury, corporate development, and operations to deliver accurate board-ready reports and ensure liquidity readiness.

The role requires extensive experience in SaaS revenue economics, crunching multiple data sources, and leading multi-entity finance teams in a PE-backed environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, transaction advisory, or private equity.
• 5+ years leading a corporate FP&A function at a $500M+ revenue company.
• Experience leading FP&A through major M&A integration.

Responsibilities

• Own annual operating plan, quarterly reforecasts, monthly rolling forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analyses for pricing and retention.
• Partner on diligence, purchase accounting impacts, earnouts, and covenant reporting.
• Build planning systems roadmap and data architecture for automated reporting.
• Present updates to Board, sponsor, and lenders; ensure forecast accuracy.
