Job summary

Integra LifeSciences in Princeton, NJ seeks a VP of Corporate FP&A to lead planning, forecasting and performance reporting for the enterprise. You will drive driver-based planning, scenario modeling and intelligent automation while guiding a team of 15–20 finance professionals.

The role requires hands-on transformation leadership, strong executive presence and collaboration with the CFO, ELT and Board to align strategy with financial outcomes.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A leadership.
Experience in enterprise planning, forecasting, and executive reporting.
Ability to translate performance into forward-looking insights for ELT/Board.
Experience in medical technology, life sciences or regulated manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

Own enterprise planning, budgeting and long-range forecasting.
Lead consolidation of divisional and portfolio plans into unified outlook.
Deliver Board-ready analyses and executive reporting.
Partner with CFO and leaders on resource allocation and investments.
Define FP&A technology roadmap and drive data-driven capabilities.
Develop and lead a 15–20 person finance team.
