Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business management.
• 8–12 years of work experience in finance or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and balance sheet analysis.
• Expertise in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, data-driven, analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise financial consolidation and deliver timely reports of actuals, forecasts and plans.
• Conduct scenario analysis to inform ROI-based decisions.
• Maintain internal controls over financial data and consolidation processes.
• Prepare financial reports highlighting variances, trends, risks and opportunities for management.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury and business leaders to deliver insights for decision-making.
• Drive automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
