Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking a VP of Corporate FP&A to lead enterprise planning, forecasting and reporting across the organization. You will drive driver-based planning, agile analytics, and governance while partnering with the CFO and ELT to deliver actionable insights.

The role requires 15+ years in senior FP&A, strong collaboration with C-suite leaders, and a track record of transforming finance capabilities within a global, regulated environment. Hybrid work at Princeton, NJ is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or related field.
• MBA, MAcc, CPA or comparable advanced credential preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise planning and annual operating plan; consolidate divisional and corporate plans.
• Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews across key metrics.
• Deliver board-ready analyses and strategic insights.
• Define FP&A tech roadmap and move toward integrated planning.
• Lead a team of 15–20 professionals.
• Ensure governance, controls and risk management.
