Job summary

LevelBlue seeks a VP, Enterprise Transformation & Integration to lead the transformation portfolio, establishing governance, roadmaps, and cross-functional accountability. You will drive major initiatives across technology, ERP, and operating-model transformations, reporting to the CFO and influencing executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 12+ years in enterprise transformation, program management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading cross-functional, enterprise-wide programs with executive accountability.
• Experience establishing or leading a transformation/PMO/office.
• Experience with ERP, data, and operating-model transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Transformation & Integration portfolio aligning with executive priorities.
• Establish and run the Transformation Management Office with governance and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external advisors through a unified plan.
• Drive enterprise integration planning for acquisitions and TSA exits.
• Provide executive visibility into status, risks, and benefits realization.
