Job summary

RingCentral, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, GTM FP&A to lead finance planning, forecasting, and analysis for GTM, partnering with CXOs and analytics teams to drive world-class sales finance insights.

Qualifications

• 10 years+ related experience in financial planning and analysis
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or related field
• SaaS experience in a high-growth environment
• Prior GTM and/or sales finance forecasting experience
• Good understanding of key SaaS revenue metrics
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint - building financial and decision support models and reports
• Proven ability to form strong business partner relationships
• Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented with problem solving and analytical skills
• Self-starter that adapts well to change in a fast-paced environment
• Great attitude and willingness to perform and get things done
• Experience with Anaplan and NetSuite preferred
• Comfortable working with large data sets

Responsibilities

• Manage the full range of GTM sales and marketing finance planning, forecasting, and analysis activities
• Partner with GTM and analytics team to manage bookings forecasting
• Partner with GTM teams to assess new business opportunities and provide recommendations up to leadership
• Partner with Accounting, BI and stakeholders on month end activities
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting – analyzing financial results and communicating key messages to senior management
• Prepare presentations and provide recommendations to senior management
• Participate in strategic data analysis and modeling for senior leadership
• Manage and coach team members to develop capabilities and achieve goals
• Fulfill ad-hoc analytical requests as needed
