Job summary

Morning Consult, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to partner with our Go-to-Market organization. You will own GTM dashboards, automation, and reporting while delivering decision-support insights to GTM leadership.

The role includes managing offshore analysts as scope grows and shaping the FP&A function’s GTM footprint. You will build and maintain three-statement models, analyze revenue retention metrics, and translate complex data into clear narratives for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining three-statement financial models.
• Familiar with gross and net revenue retention metrics.
• Go-to-market finance experience in professional services or startups.
• Ability to translate data into clear narratives for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy, automation, and visual presentation of GTM-facing dashboards and reporting.
• Provide direct decision support to GTM leadership with actionable insights.
• Partner with Senior Director, FP&A to maintain and improve financial models for Go-to-Market.
• Track and report gross and net revenue retention and other GTM metrics.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate dashboard cleanup and reporting automation.
• Serve as a GTM finance contact with growing autonomy over time.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Commercial teams to align metrics and definitions.
• Identify opportunities to speed up reporting processes and improve accuracy.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
