Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Vice President, FP&A to lead the financial planning cycle for a growth-oriented healthcare organization. You will partner with Finance and senior leaders to shape forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis for a recurring-revenue business.

In this remote role, you will translate complex financial results into clear recommendations for the CFO and the leadership team, while building an integrated model and driving revenue forecasting with Go-To-Market and

Qualifications

• 10+ years FP&A experience with 3–5 years in leadership.
• Strong three-statement modeling and accounting fundamentals.
• Experience forecasting recurring revenue, bookings, and ARR.
• Proven ability to present plans to executives and boards.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; Adaptive or Anaplan experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A planning cycle, including long-range plans and forecasts.
• Establish operating rhythms and decision-making processes across Finance and business leaders.
• Build and maintain an integrated financial model with scenario analysis.
• Own revenue forecasting in collaboration with Go-To-Market and Customer Success teams.
• Prepare management reporting packages and lead financial reviews with executives.
• Model P&L impacts of business initiatives and provide resource allocation recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted partner to the CFO, translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
