Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A experience and healthcare/managed care exposure.
• Experience with large datasets, financial modeling, and BI tools.
• Strong proficiency with planning systems (Adaptive Insights/Anaplan/Oracle/Workday).
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects, especially system implementations.
• Excellent communication, translating analysis into business insights.
• Comfortable with change and ambiguity in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Operational–financial integration linking KPIs to financial outcomes.
• Analyze fixed vs. variable costs across departments.
• Modernize forecasting and budgeting with real-time data integration.
• Define and track KPI financial impacts with department leaders.
• Lead selection, implementation, and optimization of a new FP&A system.
• Partner with IT, Operations, Clinical Services, and other units to align financial and operational goals.
• Support change-management to drive system adoption and data-driven decisions.
