Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A and business operations experience.
• End-to-end ownership of FP&A including reporting and budgeting.
• Experience in investment banking, management consulting, or BizOps at scaling firms.
• Experience in complex operational environments.
• Strong analytical rigor and cross-functional initiatives leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the full FP&A cycle and provide insights into financial outcomes.
• Act as internal consultant for cross-functional problems without a clear owner.
• Diagnose business performance metrics beyond standard financial models.
