Job summary

Ladders is seeking an FP&A Lead to shape financial planning and analysis across the business, with a strong focus on forecasting, revenue visibility, and strategic decision support. The role is remote and requires close partnership with Product, Go-To-Market, and senior leadership to guide pricing, monetization, and investment decisions.

You will drive planning improvements, deliver clear insights tying operational performance to business outcomes, and create executive dashboards.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in financial analysis for high-growth SaaS, public accounting, or investment banking.
• Experience leading software finance at the product level and building revenue models.
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, AI tools, and BI solutions.
• Ability to partner with C-suite executives and drive strategic consensus.
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Collaborative mindset with proactive operational efficiency.

• Forecast and report company-wide product revenue and bookings.
• Manage departmental budgets and ROI for the R&D organization.
• Collaborate on pricing models and monetization strategies.
