Ladders is seeking an Executive Director, Global FP&A and Business Partnering for a remote role, guiding growth strategy and enterprise decision-making in a healthcare-focused environment. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning while directing a global finance partnering function.

With 15+ years in global FP&A, you will provide executive-level insights, drive EBITDA and cash flow initiatives, and standardize reporting frameworks across corporate functions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, global FP&A and finance business partner roles.
• 8+ years of experience leading finance teams in complex global environments.
• Experience in CRO, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare services sectors.
• Proven track record in acquisitions and enterprise growth initiatives.
• Strong presentation skills for executive leadership and Board interactions, especially in private equity contexts.
• Advanced expertise in financial modeling, scenario planning, and business analytics.

• Partner with executive leadership to develop financial strategies for growth and value creation.
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing financial guidance and strategic decision support to functional leaders.
• Deliver executive and Board-level reporting on business performance and strategic recommendations.
• Drive initiatives focused on EBITDA growth and cash flow optimization.
• Lead the global Finance Business Partner organization across various corporate functions.
• Develop and standardize KPIs and reporting frameworks to enhance decision-making.
