Qualifications

• 6+ years of financial due diligence experience (or a combination with audit experience, including at least 4 years in financial due diligence).
• Familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx and data analytics packages preferred.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, purchase accounting and transaction issues.
• CPA (or pursuing CPA) required.
