Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Vice President to lead Financial Due Diligence within our Transaction Advisory Services. You will drive M&A due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients, delivering actionable financial insights and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications include 6+ years in financial due diligence (Big 4 preferred), an undergraduate degree, and CPA or CPA track. Proficiency with Tableau and Alteryx is a plus; US GAAP knowledge essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution.
• 6+ years of financial due diligence experience (or 4+ years with audit experience).
• Preferably with a Big 4 firm.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx and data analytics packages preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP including SEC reporting and purchase accounting.
• CPA (or at minimum, must be pursuing CPA).

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence engagements for M&A transactions.
