Job summary

Rosendin Electric seeks an experienced Vice President of Field Operations to lead nationwide field execution and champion our employee-owned culture. The role focuses on safety, productivity, and quality across diverse electrical construction projects.

You will mentor regional leaders, set strategic direction, and collaborate with Preconstruction, Project Management, Safety, and corporate teams to deliver complex projects with integrity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in electrical field ops leadership.
• 8+ years at senior management overseeing regional or multi-project operations.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for field operations aligned with company goals.
• Lead regional field leaders to drive safety, productivity and quality.
• Enforce Rosendin safety program across all active projects.
• Oversee resource planning and utilization for field personnel, equipment and materials.
• Maintain rigorous quality control standards on-site and optimize project delivery.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction, Project Management and Safety teams to solve operational challenges.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
• Represent Rosendin in client and contractor discussions to identify opportunities.
• Adopt advanced construction technologies to enhance field execution.
• Manage budgets and financial performance for field operations.
