Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a Vice President of Field Operations to define strategic direction for nationwide field operations. Lead regional leaders, optimize execution, and ensure projects meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in electrical construction, strong financial acumen, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with preconstruction, project management, and safety teams. Expect travel and executive oversight.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership in electrical field operations with 8+ years at senior management level.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Proven track record of large-scale operational improvements, safety excellence, and client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategic plans for Rosendin’s field operations and align with growth and profitability goals.
• Mentor a high-performing team of regional and project field leaders across multiple regions.
• Drive Rosendin’s safety program to a zero-incident culture on active projects.
• Oversee field resource planning, equipment, and material utilization for productivity.
• Establish and enforce quality controls for on-site electrical construction.
