Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. in Virginia seeks a Division Manager to lead all divisional functions, including P&L, and drive profitability on high-profile projects.

You will plan, staff, and supervise division activities, manage budgets, and maintain client satisfaction while pursuing safe, quality project delivery. You will collaborate with Business Development, monitor performance, and deploy resources to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of extensive construction experience.
• Ability to lead and manage complex projects with strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Establish division objectives, policies, and performance standards.
• Plan, staff, and supervise all division activities and personnel.
• Create an annual business plan and unit budget aligned with revenue goals.
• Ensure positive cash-flow position for the division.
• Maintain knowledge of the status of all projects.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure profitable work and client satisfaction.
• Interface with finance on revenue recognition and job-site support.
