Job summary

Rosendin Electric is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to provide technical engineering oversight and design team management for engineering projects. This role combines leadership with hands-on engineering oversight, budgeting, and coordination with PMs and stakeholders.

You will mentor staff, manage resources, ensure code compliance, and deliver safe, cost-effective design solutions across multiple nationwide projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architectural engineering, or construction sciences.
• Registration as a licensed US-based Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required.
• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of engineering experience.
• Field experience strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering oversight for assigned projects.
• Manage design teams and resources, including workload and schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Owner on deliverables and scope changes.
• Lead Engineering CAC efforts and interface with project PM.
• Resolve complex engineering design issues and coordinate with authorities.
• Oversee project coordination with city, state, and regulatory agencies.
• Attend design meetings and perform site visits as needed.
• Perform value engineering studies and act as Engineer of Record when required.
