Rosendin is seeking a Superintendent to lead field staffing and subcontractor coordination on select projects. You will work with the Project Manager, oversee safety and regulatory compliance, and align staffing with timelines and budgets.

The role demands strong communication and problem-solving abilities across multiple teams. You’ll participate in hiring processes, train field staff, and collaborate with departmental leaders to ensure excellence in project delivery.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience in facilities/construction.
• Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Meets regularly with Project Manager and subcontractors to standardize processes and resolve concerns.
• Establishes hiring processes and procedures for field personnel.
• Schedules and coordinates material delivery to job site.
• Oversees project area to forecast completion and budget adherence.
• Oversees Safety Program and ensures compliance with safety standards.
• Assigns field staffing to meet project timelines and budgets alongside the Director of Production.
• Coordinates with Tools/Equipment Manager on tools and inventory.
• Leads Production and Field Staffing Team for a specific area.
