Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Executive to provide leadership for construction, project management and administration across large electrical projects. You will oversee budgets, timelines, and profitability while guiding policy implementation and strategic initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s in a related field, 10+ years in project management, and a PE license plus. Travel 10–25% and a site-based role with strong safety and client-facing focus are expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Proficient with computer applications including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Accubid and Oracle experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow standard operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for client management, procedural issues, finance and reporting.
• Mentor and develop project management staff and promote strong customer relations.
• Lead project start-up meetings, manage subcontractor/vendor relationships, and ensure timely payments.
• Conduct monthly project reviews to monitor schedule, quality, safety and profitability.
• Assist PMs and Superintendents with issues, negotiations, and change orders.
• Represent the company in client meetings and senior management discussions.
• Coordinate project close-out and document data sheets with client approval.
