Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead a region of field operations on key electrical projects. You will direct subcontractors, align with the Project Manager, and oversee staffing, scheduling, and safety programs to meet timelines and budgets.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, construction management experience, and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset. Travel up to 100% is expected in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of supervisory experience in similar facilities or construction.
• Experience in commercial electrical field management, design and contracting.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct, train, and administer field staff and subcontractors for a specific area.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and subcontractors to standardize processes and resolve issues.
• Schedule materials and staffing to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance on site.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing, and training of field personnel.
