Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of construction industry experience.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Establish division objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate policy.
• Plan, staff, and supervise division activities including personnel administration and performance management.
• Create an annual business plan with a unit budget to support revenue and profitability goals.
• Ensure positive cash-flow position for the division and monitor project status.
• Coordinate with Business Development and interface with finance on revenue recognition.
