J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (USWM) is seeking a Vice President of Business Programs and Field Enablement to translate strategic priorities into field-ready programs that drive advisor behavior and client outcomes.

The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, owning the full arc from concept to field activation across national initiatives. You will collaborate with One Chase partners, Practice Management, Product Specialists, and Investment Product teams to deliver unified

Qualifications

Six or more years of experience in wealth management, financial services strategy, field enablement, or closely related discipline.
Ability to translate complex strategy into actionable field guidance and communications.
Experience designing and executing field engagement campaigns and training programs.

Responsibilities

Convert enterprise initiatives into field narratives, advisor-facing value propositions, and repeatable talk tracks for coaching.
Support design and execution of national business development initiatives to improve advisor productivity and client engagement.
Serve as the link between corporate strategy and the field ensuring relevance and adoptability at scale.
Create and maintain enablement materials such as playbooks, one-pagers, decks, quick-reference guides, and digital resources.
Design workshops and coaching sessions to deepen advisor proficiency on priority initiatives.
