Chase is seeking a Vice President of Business Programs and Field Enablement within its Wealth Management Business Development team to translate strategic priorities into field-ready programs that drive advisor behavior and client outcomes.
You will own the full arc from concept to field activation, partnering with One Chase, Investment Product, Marketing, and Training teams to deliver practical, scalable enablement materials and workshops nationwide.

Morgan Advisors, Personal Advisors, and Self-Directed-our digital investing platform. The combined business has approximately $600 billion in Assets Under Management and approximately 5,000 advisors located across 3,500 branches and 20 offices.

As a Vice President of Business Programs and Field Enablement within the CWM Business Development team, you will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution-translating the firm's most important US Wealth Management priorities into clear, compelling, and field‑ready programs that lead to measurable advisor behavior and client outcomes. This is not a traditional strategy role. You will own the full arc from collaborating with teams on key business initiatives and strategic concepts to driving field activation. Success requires a sharp strategic mind, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to build strong partnerships across a complex organization. Most importantly, you'll bring ideas to life: simplifying complex concepts and translating strategy into practical guidance that empowers advisors across the country.
